The project is located in Santa Cruz Province, Bolivia. It is the largest class-1 road reconstruction project in Bolivia in recent years. It has a total length of 208 kilometers,  two-way double lanes, and a road width of 10 meters. The project includes roadbed, road surface, road drainage and three single-span bridges, etc. After the project is completed, it will become the main road connecting San Jose de Chiquitos with San Ignacio de Velasco, which will greatly facilitate the transport of passengers and agricultural and sideline products, and will strongly promote the development of the region's economy and related industries.
