The project is located in the downtown area of Tel Aviv, Israel, and is among the three important livelihood projects of the Israeli government,with the other two being the red line and the purple line. The Green Line will run mostly at street level (34 km of "at-grade" tracks) and partly underground (4.5 km of underground twin tracks). It is divided into five sections: G1-G5, and the G3-2 section is the underground part of G3. The total length is 4.5 km, including approximately 5.7 km (total length of both sides) of TBM tunneling, two portals, one submerged stop and three underground stations outer box. This project marks another successful entry of CSCEC into the metro field of a developed country after its entry in that of the United States and Singapore.
