The project is located in the plain area of Beni province in northeastern Bolivia. It has a total length of 55.57Km, with two-way double lane and a designed maximum speed of 80 kilometers per hour. The project includes  roadbed, road surface, culvert, a new bridge, drainage protection, etc. The project is an important part of the Bolivia National Highway Line No. 3. After the road is completed, it will promote inter-provincial interconnection, improve the Bolivian highway network, promote the development of the province's agriculture, animal husbandry and tourism, and strongly promote the integration process of Bolivia's public land transportation services and foreign trade economy.
