Located in Vavuniya and Jaffna district of North Province of Sri Lanka, the projects purports to improve rural roads for local residents.  The projects consist of a 103.31KM-long section in Vavuniya District and a 71.81KM-long section in Jaffna District. Founded by Asian Development Bank (ADB) and supervised by the Road Development Authority (RDA) , the projects have been started and will be completed on March 10, 2022.
