As one of the National Triennal Urgency Plan projects of the Cameroonian government, this project is located in the Adamaoua region in northern Cameroon. Starting from Ngaoungdere, the largest city in northern Cameroon, it is 70km long and includes earthwork, pavement engineering, drainage engineering, bridge and culvert engineering, traffic signs and accessory works, etc.
