ODEL mall is subordinate to Softlogic group, one of the largest enterprises in Sri Lanka. It currently has more than 20 stores in Sri Lanka and is the largest chain store in Sri Lanka. The project is to expand ODEL's largest flagship store——Ward Place flagship store. The project is located in the center of the 7th district of Colombo, surrounded by  Colombo Municipal Council, ancient buildings, hospitals, mosques and the largest park in Colombo.
