The contract of Malabo Exhibition Center project was signed in November 2010. The project is located in Malabo New Airport Road, Equatorial Guinea, with a total building area of about 16,000 square meters. It includes a main building with 2 floors of about 14,000 square meters, and a warehouse of 3,200 square meters. The exterior of the main building is covered by metal curtain wall and glass curtain wall, presenting a magnificent appearance. The warehouse ceiling adopts steel structure. Operated by KITEA, the exhibition center has a coffee bar, multimedia hall, furniture exhibition hall and children's playroom and other functional rooms, and has now become the largest and highest grade integrated stores in Equatorial Guinea.
