The company won the bid for the Bata Hotel project in November 2010. Located in the businest esplanade in Bata, Equatorial Guinea's largest port city, the63.8m-high project,  only 50 metres away from the Atlantic Ocean, covers a building area of 50,000 square meters, with an underground floor and 16 floors above ground. Once completed, it will be the tallest building in Bata city and a landmark building in Equatorial Guinea.
