The project is located in the core area of Port Moresby, the capital of PNG, with a building area of 63,000 square meters, 40 floors in total, and a height of 200 meters. It is adjacent to the APEC main venue. After completion, it will be the highest building and the future city landmark of PNG, which is widely praised in PNG as the symbol project of national economic recovery and development.
