The project is located in the central business district of Lusaka, the capital city of Zambia. The total sum of contract is  $107 million.The main content of the project is to build a large shopping mall, entertainment center, office building, four-star hotel, parking lot, overpass and related ancillary facilities. When completed, the project will be another landmark building in Lusaka and will significantly enhance the influence of CSCEC.
