The capital city of Oyala will be developed into a national administrative and cultural center, an important economic center and transportation hub in the inland area according to the government plan of Equatorial Guinea. The project inclues social housing, ten ministry buildings, and 1,200 office buildings in the presidential palace. The total building area is 180,000 square meters and the floor area is 400,000 square meters. The entire project provides a good office environment for government agencies moving to Oyala, and provides a healthy, comfortable and beautiful living experience for the new residents.
