核心理念：

　　“和·合”文化代表着中建国际的特点与特色，也代表着我们未来的发展方向。

　　“和”即“和衷共济”“和而不同”。就是要在国际化经营中，认知差异、尊重差异、融合差异，更加注重与各相关方相益相补、相互支撑。“和”是我们发展的特点，也是我们的方法论。

　　“合”即“合融致远”“合美共生”。就是要在国际化经营中，打造平台生态，精诚开展合作，实现共同发展；坚持海纳百川，践行向上向善，真正融入属地。“合”是我们发展的目的，也是我们的价值观。

Core concept:

　　The “Harmony & Cooperation” culture represents the characteristics and features of CSCEC International, as well as the direction of its future development.

　　“Harmony” means not only "solidarity" but also “diversity” . It recognizes the importance of identifying, respecting and blending with differences in international business and stressess more on reciprocal benefits and mutal support with all stakeholders. “Harmony” is the trait and methodology of our development. 

　　“Cooperation” means integration and coexistence. It aims to build a platform ecology in which shared development could be achieved thruogh concerted efforts. It also pursues inclusiveness and uprightness to integrete into local development. “Cooperation” is the purpose of our development and our value as well.

　　The culture of “Harmony & Cooperation” is a cultural solution of integration. The company shall gather strength and seize opportunities both internally and externally through solidarity and cooperation, to ultimately interwind itself with local development.

　　“和·合”文化标识的设计灵感，源自中华古建筑的“榫卯”结构。

　　标识左侧黄色的C，代表着中国（China），彰显了企业的文化基因，象征着金色和未来，寓意着中建国际牢记使命担当，勇立时代发展的潮头。

　　标识右侧蓝色的C，代表了建筑（Construction），彰显了企业的行业特征，象征着海洋和发展，寓意着中建国际勇于开拓创新，建设更加美好的世界。

　　标识中间的白色蝴蝶型燕尾榫，代表了连接，彰显了企业的价值追求，象征着连接和桥梁，寓意着中建国际将不同地域、不同文化、不同员工融合起来，将中国与世界更加紧密地联通起来，互为支撑，合为一体，真正成为发展共同体。

Logo interpretation:

　The design of the “Harmony & Cooperation” logo originates from the “mortise and tenon” structure in ancient Chinese architecture. The yellow C on the left side of the logo represents China, highlighting the root and origin of the company and its golden future. It symplifies that the company will always bear in mind its mission and stand at the forefront of the times.

　　Another on the right side indicates the construction industry  which the company is a part of, and its color in blue represents a blueprint of its overseas development, implying the company’s pioneering spirit in building a better world through innovation.

　　The white butterfly-shaped dovetail in the middle represents connection, a corporate value that the company keeps pursuing. It indicates that the company connects not only different areas, cultures and employees but also China and the rest of the world into a community with shared developjment.
