The building was originally constructed in 1908 with an eclectic style, and under class I protection as a cultural property  in Austria.The  new office building, covering a floor space of 7,958 square meters, was designed and built by both Chinese and foreign companies. All the construction, decoration, M&E, external work and landscaping were done by CSCEC.
