The  China-Aid project of Conference Building is located in Cotonou, the capital of Benin, with a building area of 10,053 square meters and was completed on March 15, 2003. Once completed, it has held numerous conferences and activities, producing significant political and social benefits. The beautiful appearance, excellent facilities and complete functions of the project are highly praised by people from all walks of life in Benin and even West Africa.
