Recently, at the invitation of the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) of Egypt's Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, a delegation of over 60 senior engineers from eight Egyptian construction contractors visited the Alamein Downtown Towers.

The delegation toured the project's model rooms and received briefings from project officials on the current progress and the construction schedule in 2024. The project's technical team also provided insights into aspects such as ground paving, door and window installation, and overall effects. The delegation expressed sincere admiration for the progress and quality of the project.
