The new apartment building of Chinese Embassy project is located in the Avenu Mahadzir 22 , Zamalek island of  Carro, Egypt. It has a total flore space of 13,865.75 square meters. It includs three 6-storey residential buildings and one guard room on the ground and a two-storey undergrond structure for garage, equpment room, activity room, protection work and the sunken garden.
